1) User / patient interface:
1.1) Patient’s personal information: This allows the patient to see and modify the patient’s information.
1.2) Payment system: This allows generating the amount of the invoice according to the requirements of the hospital.
1.3) Document: This allows you to add the patient’s document and download the document.
1.4) Appointment: This allows the patient to schedule an appointment with the doctor. View and list all appointments.
1.5) Today’s appointment: this module to show today’s patient appointment.
1.5) Ascending quotation: This module shows the upcoming quotes. The doctor personally sends the sms to the patient.
1.6) – Invoice system:
After confirmation of the appointment, the Invoice System generates an automatic invoice against that specific patient, this invoice helps to know the current status of the payment and the full payment.
1.7) Medical services system:
The Medical Services System allows you to add a list of services provided by the hospital such as E.C G, Ambulance, admission fees, Oxyen, USG-Pregnancy Pro and much more. The patient can see the list of services and departments offered by the hospital along with all the other details of the treatment. It also manages service times, emergency services according to the patient’s condition.
1.8) Create categories of Medicine and Modification and elimination
1.1) Create categories of Medicine: Admin
This allows creating new categories.
1.2) Showing Category: All
This allows you to display the list of drug categories.
1.2) Modification category: Admin
The administrator can modify the details of the medication category or delete the system category.
1.9) Prescription details: Admin
This allows adding new prescriptions for the particular patient, such as the patient’s history, medications and notes, etc.

The administrator can modify the details of the recipe or delete the patient’s prescription.
1.2) See recipe:
This allows to see the detailed information of the patient.
How do I run the project
You will need the XAMP server or the WAMP server. Place the file inside «c: / wamp / www /» or «c: / xampp / htdocs /». Go to «localhost / phpmyadmin» in any browser and create a database (name according to the SQL file). In that database, import the SQL file and finally go to the URL: «http: // localhost / file_name / phpfilename»
